Arzaq Enterprise:

Arzaq Enterprise was founded as a corporation in 1937 but was officially converted into the General Directorate of Arzaq Enterprise in 1971. The enterprise was charged with the distribution of coupons for basic necessities such as flour, sugar, cooking oil, tea, soup to government employees, armed forces, retirees, special needs groups and families of the martyred at the rural and urban areas. Among the services the enterprise was engaged in were trade services and capital circulation through the purchase of materials from local markets and providing food products to armed forces, hostels, universities, hospitals and other ministries.
