There is no doubt that the implementation of the corporation’s vision and goals relies on the commitment and expertise of our team, along with mechanisms of supervision, control, and transparency. Therefore, the National Development Corporation plays a valuable role in implementing nationally prioritized infrastructure projects by ensuring quality and sustainability in all work sectors through modern methods that comply with our values and principles.

This corporation, in accordance with Islamic Sharia, applicable laws, regulations, and the relevant articles of association, employs modern leadership and management methods while adhering to the principles of effectiveness, accountability, and responsiveness. As the CEO, I am proud to state that the organizational structure of this corporation was created with professionalism and expertise. Including myself, all members of the executive committee, and all employees believe in a prosperous and poverty-free Afghanistan and have embraced this as the vision of the National Development Corporation. Our personnel strive to ensure rapidity, quality, and stability in job creation, localization of knowledge, techniques, and development technology through optimal and economical use of resources.
