The National Development Corporation (NDC) Real Estate Department is seeking to lease the following properties to citizens for a period of three years through contractual agreements.

１. Booths No. 20 and No. 46 in Emirates Township, each with an area of 9 square meters.
２. Booths No. 18, No. 19, and No. 21 in Emirates Township, each with an area of 4 square meters.
３. Shop No. 2 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 51.5 square meters.
４. Shop No. 3 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 82.5 square meters.
５. Shop No. 4 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 63.5 square meters.
６. Shop No. 6 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 82.5 square meters.
７. Shop No. 3 in the 3rd Phase of Emirates Township.

Individuals interested in applying for a lease agreement for any of the above properties must submit their applications, including detailed property information, to the National Development Corporation’s central office (Qasaba, District 15, Kabul City) within 7 days from the publication date of this announcement.”
