National Development Corporation (NDC) is established to lay down strong foundations in construction, agriculture, housing, energy, industry, mining and other areas of infrastructure development. The purpose of creating this company, as per the executive order of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is to accelerate the development process, industrialization, economic development, commercial boom, employment, and in general the prosperity of the country. Therefore, I consider it necessary to thank His Excellency the President of Afghanistan for its establishment and placıng hıs faıth ın me to lead it.

Undoubtedly, the vision and objectives of this company are rooted in its committed and expert work-force that mandates the creation and implementation of modern standards of execution, monitoring, control and transparency mechanisms.

Hence, keeping in consideration the values and working principles of the NDC, the corporatıon conducts ıtself in accordance with the enforced laws, regulations and the constitution by undertaking contemporary approaches to leadership, management and supervision, and by keeping in view the principles of efficiency, responsibility and accountability. It strives to perform its duties by ensuring quality and durability in all its working areas by applying modern project implementation methods to national priority infrastructure projects and their maintenance through creating a system that promotes valuable and sustainable contributions.

AS the CEO of NDC, I assure you that the current workforce of NDC including myself, executive committee members, employees and the labor force, have been appointed based on professional capacity and field expertise. The belief of a developed, self-sufficient and poverty free Afghanistan manifests itself both on the theoretical and practical levels as the collective vision of the working team of NDC.

Members of this team strive to work at maximum capacity considering the efficient yet optimal use of resources at hand to ensure speed, quality, durability, job creation, and localization of sciences, arts and technology.

We believe that by cooperating closely with the private sector, the support of which is one of our main objectives, we can fulfill the wishes of the people and elevate our country to the upper echelons of development and prosperity and with it firmly and proudly establish its place on the world stage. 

NDC as a for-profit entity aims to be in sync with the technical and technological developments to carry out its work forward with a deeper understanding of the needs of the country, and as an institute of planning and implementation for development projects understands international rules, regulations and principles. We sincerely strive to serve our nation in earnest.
