The National Development Corporation (NDC), operating under the General Directorate of state – owned Corporations intends to lease the following properties in Kabul City through an open bidding process for a period of three (3) years:
1. Metal Booths with an area of 4 sq. m (Nos. 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, and 26) in Emirates Township.
2. Metal Booths with an area of 9 sq. m (Nos. 13, 19, 20, 25, 29, 31, 32, 38, 46, 57, 58, 60, 64, and 64-B) in Emirates Township.
3. Basement No. 10 with an area of 132.25 sq. m in the 2nd Market of Khwaja Rawash Township.
Eligible individuals and legal entities interested in entering into a contract for these properties can submit their applications within 10 days from the publication date of this announcement, specifying the property details, to the National Development Corporation office in Qasaba, District 15, Kabul City. The bidding terms (terms and conditions) are available for review, and the required guarantee deposit shall be collected in cash.
