The CEO of the National Development Corporation Visited Torkham
The CEO of the National Development Corporation (NDC), Mr. Abdul Rahman Atash, along with his delegation, traveled to Torkham in Nangarhar province and visited the new administrative complex being built by the Corporation at the Omari refugee camp.
Mr. Atash observed the progress of the project and met with engineers, workers, and representatives from relevant organizations. He provided them with important guidance and recommendations.
He emphasized that the project activities must be carried out on time and in accordance with technical standards.
This new administrative complex, which is being constructed on 3,200 square meters of land using prefabricated components, includes 60 office rooms, a modern conference hall, restrooms, and other necessary facilities. It is expected to be handed over for use in the near future.
The National Development Corporation (NDC) Real Estate Department is seeking to lease the following properties to citizens for a period of three years through contractual agreements.
1. Booths No. 20 and No. 46 in Emirates Township, each with an area of 9 square meters.
2. Booths No. 18, No. 19, and No. 21 in Emirates Township, each with an area of 4 square meters.
3. Shop No. 2 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 51.5 square meters.
4. Shop No. 3 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 82.5 square meters.
5. Shop No. 4 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 63.5 square meters.
6. Shop No. 6 in Qasaba Market, with an area of 82.5 square meters.
7. Shop No. 3 in the 3rd Phase of Emirates Township.
Individuals interested in applying for a lease agreement for any of the above properties must submit their applications, including detailed property information, to the National Development Corporation’s central office (Qasaba, District 15, Kabul City) within 7 days from the publication date of this announcement.”
Visit of the CEO of the National Development Corporation to the Aghajan Dam Site in Uruzgan Province
The CEO of the National Development Corporation, Mr. Abdul Rahman Atash, accompanied by a technical team and local authorities from Urozgan province, traveled to the Chenarto district to visit the Agha Jan Dam site in order to observe the ongoing detailed studies and geotechnical activities.
During the visit, the delegation closely inspected the site and the ongoing geotechnical work. The CEO of the NDC assured that after the completion of the detailed studies and geotechnical work, the design phase of the dam would also begin.
Furthermore, the local authorities of Urozgan province welcomed the mentioned delegation and expressed their commitment to cooperate for the success of the project.
